At the weekend, I spotted a goldcrest. It is the smallest bird I have ever seen (and I later found out that it is the UK’s smallest). It is the perfect metaphor for those of you who doubt that a contract can be really small – you just need to see one with your own eyes.
My editor’s contract is less than 25 words and I know a construction lawyer whose contract for her extension was a mere 237 (excluding the works description). To see it for yourself, you can download my framework letter of intent.
